I would never describe myself as passionate about fitness, although I get plenty of exercise, drink a lot of water, and most of that other stuff we’re supposed to do for our bodies. I’ve tried it all, the gym, team sports, ballet, etc., and over time the only thing that has really stuck is yoga. Here in Toronto fat babes like me can do Yoga for Round Bodies (!!!) but as a living room yoga practitioner, I really draw inspiration from @mynameisjessamyn’s Instagram account. She takes the most beautiful self-portraits while in pose and writes openly about her dedication to daily yoga and her body. It’s so refereshing (and necessary) to see size diversity in fitness — Jessamyn is an inspiration to many and my pick for #WomanCrushWednesday this week.
